I have asked Ron Wohl to assign the head of our HR development organization to take charge of this project personally. I think that we should schedule a call every two days to review issues and monitor progress at Liberty Mutual. I will personally attend the second call to assess the level of resources that will be necessary to successfully meet the November go live date. This is now our top priority in HR. larry
