Signal Bench_

A monophonic subtractive synth and a four-track drum machine on one cream faceplate. Program sixteen steps, twist the filter, and leave with a loop that sounds like you meant it.

How to make something

  1. Hit Play. Night Shift is already loaded so you hear a groove first.
  2. Click drum cells to rewrite the beat. Label buttons audition each voice.
  3. Play the keyboard (or Z–/ and Q–I). That note becomes the step you place next.
  4. Click the synth sequencer to plant notes. Use Accent and Slide for punch and glide.
  5. Swap patches, ride the cutoff, save happens automatically in this browser.

Arturia MiniLab 3

  1. Chrome/Edge. Click Play once (unlocks sound + MIDI).
  2. Keys = synth. Keep octave at default.
  3. Pads L→R: Synth · Drums · Kick · Snare · Hat · Perc · Play · Stop
  4. Knobs: 1–3 VCO waves · 4 Cutoff · 5–7 Osc1/2/3 levels · 8 Master
  5. Slider 1 (pitch): Tempo. Mod: Res. Fader: Swing. Levels only on knobs 5–7 (no dual Osc1).

Space toggles transport. Status line shows what each MIDI move hit. Everything runs in the browser via Web Audio.
